Wednesday, August 7

  • Registration check–in 5pm – 8pm
  • Paddock parking open at 5pm – Paddock closes 8pm
  • All participants and crew must sign waiver in person at registration
  • All participants and crew must wear appropriate wristband ALL weekend
  • Tech inspection opens Thursday at 10am
  • All participants must have tech sticker on helmet and vehicle prior to going on course
  • Stickers provided at registration and tech inspection area
  • Street Car Class must have current registration and plate

Thursday, August 8

  • Paddock parking open at 8am – Paddock closes 8pm

  • All participants and crew must wear appropriate wristband ALL weekend
  • Tech Inspection 10am- 6pm
  • All participants must have tech sticker on helmet and vehicle prior to going on course
  • Stickers provided at registration and tech inspection area
  • Novice Orientation (REQUIRED) 12pm – 4pm – Meet at tent in paddock at 11:45am
  • Includes safety briefing – classroom session – lead/follow course preview – your vehicle must be ready at that time.
  • Tech Inspection 10am- 6pm
  • Street Car Class must have current registration and plate

Friday, August 7

  • Registration check-in 7am – 5pm
  • Paddock parking open at 7am – Paddock closes 8pm
  • MANDATORY Drivers meeting 7:30am – Tent in center of paddock
  • All participants and crew must sign waiver in person at registration
  • All participants and crew must wear appropriate wristband ALL weekend
  • Tech inspection 7am – 12pm (LATE tech available 5pm – 6pm)
  • All participants must have tech sticker on helmet and vehicle prior to going on course
  • Stickers provided at registration and tech inspection area
  • Parade kickoff 8:45am
  • Hillclimb course live 9am – 5pm
  • Drifters may line up together if you wish to run as a group
  • Scenic Drive to Marlinton 5pm departure – For participants registered for the scenic drive on Friday or Saturday: Please gather at the front of Seneca Lodge by the shuttle loop. Line up no earlier than 4:45pm for a prompt departure at 5pm
  • Street Car Class must have current registration and plate

Saturday, August 8

  • Paddock parking open at 7am – Paddock closes 8pm
  • MANDATORY Drivers meeting 7:30am – Tent in center of paddock

  • All participants and crew must wear appropriate wristband ALL weekend
  • All participants must have tech sticker on helmet and vehicle prior to going on course
  • Tech inspection 7am – 9am
  • Stickers provided at registration and tech inspection area
  • Street Car Class must have current registration and plate
  • Ferrari Club America – Parade kickoff 8:45am
  • Hillclimb course live 9am – 5pm
  • Drifters may line up together if you wish to run as a group
  • Scenic Drive to Cass 5pm departure – For participants registered for the scenic drive on Friday or Saturday: Please gather at the front of Seneca Lodge by the shuttle loop. Line up no earlier than 4:45pm for a prompt departure at 5:00pm
  • Awards Presentation at HillFest Bash 7:30pm – Race Car Class – Street Car Class – Drift Awards
  • Band starts at 8pm

Sunday, August 11

  • Paddock parking open at 7am – Paddock closes 8pm
  • MANDATORY Drivers meeting 7:30am
  • All participants and crew must sign waiver in person at registration
  • All participants and crew must wear appropriate wristband ALL weekend
  • NO Tech Inspection available
  • Street Car Class must have current registration and plate
  • Parade kickoff 8:45am
  • Hillclimb course live 9am – 4pm
  • Drifters may line up together if you wish to run as a group
  • Awards Presentation – Fastest Sunday Run

Additional Information

What type of vehicle can I bring to participate in the hillclimb?

Sporting vehicles of all types are welcome to participate. All vehicles will be subject to USAC tech inspection.
Examples: Sports Cars and Trucks, Race Cars, and Rally Cars.
*Please Note – Side by Sides (SXS), Motorcycles, Go Carts, and ATVs are not allowed.

Do I need a special racing license?

No. If you are a novice you will be required to participate in the novice orientation.

Is a helmet required to participate in the hillclimb?

Yes, a Snell SA 15 Certified or better helmet is required.

Are there any age restrictions for certain activities?

*Please Note – Hillclimb will be limited to 180 participants and must be 18 years or older and provide proof of current driver’s license.

Can I bring my own vehicle to participate in the hillclimb event?

Yes, participants are welcome to bring their own vehicles for the hillclimb, subject to USAC Tech Inspection and safety regulations and event guidelines.

Does my car or truck need a roll cage?

Roll cages are not required but a Snell SA 15 Certified or better helmet is required.
